SPDL Ultra-Compact SMD Common Mode Chokes

Signal Transformer / Bel SPDL Ultra-Compact SMD Common Mode Chokes are designed for EMI suppression of differential mode noise. They feature high common-mode impedance in the noise band and low differential mode impedance in the signal band. A low differential mode impedance with a high coupling coefficient ensures virtually no distortion of high-speed signals. The SPDL series offers ultra-thin, compact SMD packages with excellent thermal characteristics and AECQ-200 compliance. Other features include 90Ω to 2200Ω impedance range at 100MHz, 150mA to 400mA current capacity, and -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.

In addition, these inductors provide broadband screening due to a low capacitance winding technique. Würth Elektronik WE-CMB Common Mode, Power Line Inductors, are ideal for power electronics and suppressing common-mode noises. Parasitics can have a significant effect on the noise attenuation and current rating of a common mode filter. Würth designed the WE-CMB series for minimal parasitic effects over its useful frequency bandwidth so it does what it is designed to do - get rid of the noise.
