P14 Capacitive Humidity Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology P14 Capacitive Humidity Sensors feature low drift, resist condensation and chemicals, and operate in a wide temperature range of -50°C to +150°C. These sensors offer fast recovery times of <3s to <6s. The P14 FemtoCap-G_5 series is solderable/bondable (fully automated assembly) and ideal for automotive applications and white goods. The P14-W_5 sensors offer high humidity stability and are optimized for various humidity applications. The P14 2FW Thermo_5 sensors feature high humidity stability, humidity sensor/heater on one chip, and are designed for dew point applications. Innovative Sensor Technology P14 Capacitive Humidity Sensors have a 1kHz to 100kHz measurement frequency range with 10kHz recommended.
