KYOCERA AVX Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs are offered in a variety of dielectric series. The X5R capacitors offer high capacitance values up to 100µF and are well suited for decoupling and filtering applications. Y5V capacitors are formulated for general-purpose use in a limited temperature range. C0G(NPO) capacitors offer one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. The U series RF/Microwave C0G(NPO) capacitors are designed for ultra-low ESR for applications in the communications market. KYOCERA AVX X7R capacitors are called temperature-stable ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials. 

0603 High Capacitance High Voltage MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX 0603 High Capacitance High Voltage MLCCs offer a high capacitance, high voltage MLCC product line in 0603 case size. Additional sizes are also available: 0201, 0306, 0402, and 0508. KYOCERA AVX offers a variety of dielectric series for the standard commercial-grade MLCCs: X5R, Y5V, C0G(NPO), X7R, and U series. The X5R capacitors offer high capacitance values up to 100µF and are well suited for decoupling and filtering applications. The Y5V capacitors are formulated for general-purpose use in a limited temperature range. The C0G(NPO) series offers one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available. The U series RF/Microwave C0G(NPO) capacitors are designed for ultra-low ESR applications in the communications market. KYOCERA AVX U Series capacitors are available in 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1210 EIA chip sizes with a 0.2pF to 10µF capacitance range.
