Solutions for High-Temperature Applications

Product families range from miniature SMT/leaded ceramics and stacked ceramic capacitors to traditional and wet tantalum capacitors, varistors, and high Q RF capacitors. KYOCERA AVX SkyCap® Radial Leaded AR MLCCs are conformally coated and feature temperature coefficients of C0G (NP0), X7R, and X8R. The series is available in 50V to 3kV voltage ranges. The lead materials are RoHS compliant and qualified to AEC-Q200, PPAP available. KYOCERA AVX SkyCap Radial Leaded AR MLCCs are designed for automotive, military, and commercial applications.

KYOCERA AVX Automotive EV / HEV Solutions covers a range of applications, including power conversion, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), lighting, active body control, and powertrain.
