Mini-Circuits PMA2-63LN+ Monolithic Amplifier is a PHEMT based wideband, low noise MMIC amplifier that features high gain, high IP3, and a low noise figure. The PMA2-63LN+ Monolithic Amplifier operates on a single 5V supply and is well matched for 50Ω.

PMA2 Monolithic Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits PMA2 Monolithic Amplifiers feature a small 2mm x 2mm x 1mm package and are matched for 50Ω systems. The modules are designed to accommodate dense circuit board layouts. The Mini-Circuits PMA2-133LN amplifier is ideal for satellite communications, military radars, VSAT, point-to-point, and radio astronomy applications. Typical applications for the PMA2-252LNA module include base station infrastructure, GPS, satellite communications, and tactical air navigation.
