MP6951 Fast Turn-Off Rectifiers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6951 Fast Turn-Off Rectifiers are used for high-frequency flyback converters. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6951 rectifiers support various modes, including DCM, CCM, QR, ZVS, active clamp flyback, and HFB, with a switching frequency of up to 1MHz. The devices operate over a wide output voltage range down to 0V, eliminating the need for an auxiliary winding. The rectifiers include V_DS ringing detection to prevent false triggering and work with GaN and SiC MOSFETs. With fast switching speeds, low quiescent current (<300μA), and support for high-/low-side rectification, the devices come in a compact TSOT23-6 package.
