PSMNxRx-80YSF NextPower N-Channel MOSFETs

Nexperia PSMNxRx-80YSF NextPower N-Channel MOSFETs are 80V, standard-level gate drive MOSFETs. These MOSFETs offer a low Q_rr for higher efficiency and lower spiking. The PSMNxRx-80YSF devices provide low Q_G × R_DSon FOM for high-efficiency switching applications. Typical applications include BLDC motor control, USB-PD adapters, as a primary side switch in DC-DC and a synchronous rectifier in AC-DC and DC-DC.
