DIN Rail Safety Relays

Phoenix Contact DIN Rail Safety Relays are designed to operate with fail-safe controls in-process applications. These relays feature narrow 17.5mm housing, forcibly guided contacts, two enabling current paths, and long service life. The new additions meet either Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 or SIL 2, according to IEC 61508. To ensure that SIL levels are maintained, a normally closed status contact can be wired to a SIL-rated controller to perform an automated "proof test". Phoenix Contact DIN Rail Safety Relays are available with either pluggable and coded screw or spring-cage terminals.
