CSL1002R3T1 Standard LED

ROHM Semiconductor CSL1002R3T1 Standard LED is a near-infrared surface-mount chip LED featuring AlGaAs packed with transparent colorless resin. This LED operates reliably with a forward current of 30mA (typical) and 100mA (peak), supporting applications across consumer and industrial sectors. The CSL1002R3T1 standard LED is a high-profile, compact product of industry standard 1608 size. Other key features include a 60mW power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, and a -40°C to 85ºC operating temperature range. This LED weighs around 0.002g and is MSL Level 3 compliant.
