The devices have SOD123Flat or DPAK package solutions that contribute to higher power density designs and improve overall application performance. The STMicro STPSTxH100/Y Schottky Diodes have a -40°C to +175°C operating range and include AEC-Q101 qualified devices. All packages are ECOPACK compliant.
