TPS274C65EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS274C65EVM Evaluation Module evaluates the functionality and performance of the TPS274C65 industrial high-side switch. This module includes BoosterPack™ plug-in module pins for SPI communication and an onboard 3.3V buck converter that allows external V_DD and lower device I_Q. The TPS274C65EVM supports versions AS and BS of the TPS274C65. This module features onboard Reverse Current Blocking (RCB) FETs to demonstrate reverse current blocking driver functionality (AS version).
