Toshiba TCR5FM CMOS Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are general-purpose, single-output voltage regulators with an on/off control input, featuring LDO voltage and ultra-high ripple rejection ratio. These Toshiba voltage regulators are available in fixed output voltages between 0.9V and 5.0V and are capable of driving up to 500mA. The TCR5FM regulators feature overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and auto-discharge.
