Surface Mount PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay Semiconductors TA6L and TA6F Surface Mount PAR^® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are designed for high-temperature stability and high-reliability conditions. These suppressors operate using junction passivation optimized design passivated anisotropic rectifier technology. The TA6L and TA6F transient voltage suppressors feature excellent clamping capability, 6.8V to 100V V_BRrange, unidirectional polarity, and 5.8V to 85.5V V_WMrange. These suppressors are RoHS compliant and AEC-Q101 qualified. The TA6L and TA6F transient voltage suppressors are used to protect sensitive electronic devices such as ICs and MOSFETs from voltage transients induced by lightning.
