Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

OSIRE® E3635 LRTBx Multi-Color/Single-Color LEDs

ams OSRAM OSIRE® E3635 LRTBx Multi-Color/Single-Color LEDs are designed for RGB displays. The 6-lead technology offers an additive mixture of color stimuli by independent driving of each chip. These LEDs consist of a 120° (Lambertian emitter) typical radiation and 3B corrosion robustness class. The LRTBGVSR LED features a thin film/ UX:3 chip technology, and the LRTBGWSR features a thin film/volume emitter on Sapphire (AlInGaN) chip technology. The OSIRE E3635 LRTBx LEDs are AEC-Q102 qualified and are available in a white PLCC-6 package, silicone resin package. Typical applications include ambient lighting, automotive aftermarket, and functional illumination.
