BU21021GUL Resistive Touch Screen Controller

ROHM BU21021GUL Resistive Touch Screen Controller can detect two points of touch with a legacy 4-wire resistive touch screen. BU21021GUL can detect X/Y coordinates, touch pressure in one-point detection mode, and a pair of X/Y coordinates in two-point detection mode. This device is also capable of recognizing multiple finger gestures from coordinate data variations. It then can notify the host with gesture detection flags respectively. The ROHM BU21021GUL employs an embedded CPU for noise filtering, coordinate calculation, gesture detection, and other signal processing required on a chip.
