SC3051-04HTG SPA® TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse SC3051-04HTG Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA^®) TVS Diode Array features rail-to-rail diodes with an additional integrated zener diode to protect each I/O pin against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and high surge events. The diode array absorbs up to 22A current, according to IEC 61000-4-5, without performance degradation. The SC3051-04HTG array provides a low 2pF capacitance rating per I/O, which makes it compatible with high-speed circuits. The diode array comes in a small SOT23-6 package with a halogen- and lead-free design. The Littelfuse SC3051-04HTG SPA TVS Diode Array is RoHS compliant and ideal for various applications, including 10/100/1000 Ethernet, firewire, flat panel displays, monitors, portable medical devices, and more.
