Automotive Solutions

M Series High-Power Connectors

LEMO M Series High-Power Connectors combine the robust, lightweight, and compact M series bodies with state-of-the-art gold-plated high power contacts. These high-power connectors come in various unipole and multipole configurations for single- and three-phase requirements. The high power configuration was developed to satisfy stringent connection requirements for the high power distribution of electronic devices/electric drive vehicles and is suited to the most demanding environmental conditions and mission-critical solutions. The LEMO M Series High-Power Connectors accommodate cables from 10mm2 (8AWG) to 50mm2 (1AWG) and handle rated currents of up to 430A.

Connectors for Robotics & Industrial Control

LEMO Connectors for Robotics and Industrial Control provide high reliability and a long life cycle. They are ideal for critical applications in which the connector has to work every time or for applications in which systems are frequently set up and torn down. LEMO connectors also can be used externally on products. They feature push-pull or ratchet coupling for easy mating and unmating, enabling reduced maintenance and installation time. LEMO Connectors for Robotics and Industrial Control are ideally suited for use in legged robots, animatronics (actuators and servos), high-speed cameras, machine control systems, inspection sensors, and test and measurement applications.

OPTIMA M Series Ratchet Coupling Connectors

LEMO’s OPTIMA M Series ratchet coupling connectors provide a screw coupling system that enables a quick, secure coupling of the connectors for high vibration environments. When mated, these connectors are watertight to 2 meters for 15 hours, achieving an IP68 rating. These plugs come in with two grip designs: a standard knurl grip or an arctic grip to allow secure mating while wearing gloves. Receptacle styles include jam-nut or flange panel mount with crimp contacts, PCB pins, or in-line cable mount shells. The M Series delivers 360° shielding and high shell conductivity to ensure excellent EMI protection. The overmold feature provides additional strain relief, ensuring cable mount reliability. LEMO's M Series connectors are designed for high power, alternative energy, industrial automation, performance automotive, and other harsh environment applications that require robust performance in a lightweight and compact size.
