High Performance Schottky Modules

Vishay High-Performance Schottky Modules are optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 150°C or 175°C junction temperature. The high-performance Schottky rectifiers come in AAP Gen 7 (TO-240AA), HALF-PAK (D-67), TO-244, and SOT-227 packaging styles. These rectifiers also offer various circuit configurations, including single, single diode, two diodes common cathode, two diodes common anode, and two diodes doubler circuit. Typical applications for Vishay High-Performance Schottky Modules are in high-current switching power supplies, plating power supplies, UPS systems, converters, freewheeling diodes, welding, and reverse battery protection.
