Würth Elektronik WE-TVSP 400W to 3000W High Power TVS Diodes feature a glass passivated junction in a low profile package covering the power classes from 400W to 3000W and an operating voltage range of 5VDC to 100VDC. The WE-TVSP Series from Würth Elektronik can be used for surge protection, as well as for slow data lines. The diodes are ideal to protect I/O Interfaces, bus voltage, and other circuits of sensitive electronic equipment against voltage transients.
