Texas Instruments DRV8213 Brushed DC Motor Driver is an N-channel H-bridge driver with integrated current sense, regulation, and stall detection. The tripler charge pump allows the device to operate down to 1.65V to accommodate 1.8V supply rails and low battery conditions. This driver supports 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V logic inputs, operates at a 1.65V to 11V supply voltage range, and 240mΩ RDS(on) resistance. The DRV8213 driver offers undervoltage lockout, overcurrent, and overtemperature protections. This driver also features a PWM control interface with up to 100kHz switching frequency. The RTE package supports sensorless motor stall detection and reporting to a microcontroller. The DRV8213 driver is ideal for brushed DC motor, solenoid, relay driving, water and gas meters, electronic smart locks, electronic and robotic toys, portable printers etc.
