IXD2012N Gate Driver

IXYS IXD2012N Gate Driver is a high-side and low-side high-speed gate driver capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. This driver is designed to switch up to 200V in a bootstrap operation and features 1.9A source / 2.3A sink output current capability. With the standard TTL and CMOS logic level inputs, the IXD2012N driver is compatible with controlling devices and can interface easily. The IXYS IXD2012N driver outputs feature high pulse current buffers designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. This gate driver operates in an ambient temperature rating of -40°C to 125°C and is offered in a SOIC(N)-8 package on tape and reel. The IXD2012N gate driver is used in DC-DC converters, AC-DC inverters, motor controls, and class-D power amplifiers.
